New High Speed Robotic Palletizing Cell - The first true 28 BPM Robotic Palletizer
Hamer-Fischbein design engineering in concert with Yaskawa development engineering has developed the first ever true high speed, 26-28 Bag per minute robotic bag palletizer. The all new Hamer RPM MPL-160II -100 High Speed Robotic Palletizer! For applications with pallet stacks in the 60” max height area, like Soils, Salt, Chemicals, Packaged concrete and other high bulk density bags, these can now run at speeds approaching traditional conventional palletizer rates. Without the footprint, up front capital costs or staggering annual maintenance costs. Robotic solutions are small footpring, less expensive and have greatly reduced annual maintenance costs.
Available in Semi-automatic or fully automatic configuration. Semi-automatic configuration is where Bags are fed to the palletizing robot and placed on a stacking station with floor positioned empty pallets, full pallets are picked up by fork truck or pallet jack for wrapping prior to shipment.
Fully automatic configuration features pallet dispenser, slip sheet dispenser and automatic full pallet conveyors. This system feeds empty pallets to stacking station where robotic arm stacks bags, once a pallet is completed it is transported via automatic powered conveyors to integrated pallet wrapping or hooding equipment.
