New Hamer Model 200NW+ small weight, net weigh scale innovation expands market application opportunities.
Plymouth, MN – June 1, 2016
The newly introduced Hamer Model 200NW+ net weigh scale is suited for small weighments of 0.5 lb to 28-30 lb into bags, boxes or jugs. This state-of-the-art net weigh scale is designed with the same durability and technological advances as the fast and accurate Hamer Model 600NW+, a tried and true legacy product with an install base of 400+ systems. A Hamer-Fischbein engineering standard, Hamer scales are easy to run and built tough to hold up in the most rigorous industrial plant settings, and offer the leading accuracy and weighment repeatability of all net weigh products.
The unsurpassed repeatable accuracy of the Model 200NW+ is derived from its innovative mechanical design, direct mount load cells and high performance Rice Lake 920i control system with specially developed Hamer software. In a Simplex format it can reach up to 30 weighments per minute. When configured in a Duplex, Triplex or Quad system, this net weigh scale can achieve speeds greater than 60-80+ weighments per minute. Producers looking for ultrafast, accurate filling for their smaller format packaged product (fertilizer, minerals, industrial dry solids, seed & grain, animal feed, pet food, etc.), will find the Model 200NW+ to be a great new solution.
